Sean Sheedy


Sean has over 25 years experience in Fabrication, Installation, Warranty and Specialty work with home exteriors, windows and doors.

Having worked with other installation companies, Sean was approached to handle warranty work for a major international exterior product manufacturer which led to the opening of SRS Windows and Doors in 2008.

In 2011, Sean left his job to work his company full time. We don't think he's ever regretted it.

Tamara Sheedy


Tamara comes from an accounting and business administration education.

With her extensive customer service, consulting and training background, Tamara founded SRS Windows and Doors in 2008 and has been managing the office, Human Resources and the customer service department ever since.

As an active member of the SAWDAC Board of Directors, she is always striving to bring the very best to our customers. Tamara is also active with various committees discussing ways to bring about changes to reduce our carbon footprint, what it means to Northwestern Ontario and our needs up here. She can usually be found discussing these changes with different parts of NRCan, FenCan and our provincial and federal governments.

Nathan Duhamel

Field Supervisor

Starting with the company in 2008, Nathan has worked his way up from an installation helper to running his own installation crew after becoming certified as a Fenestration Installation Technician January 27, 2015. 

Just like his step-dad, he can be found doing anything from digging trenches for window wells, installing exterior components on a home to running out to meet with a customer. 

Just like his mom, he can run the office's computerized software and often jumps in to get quotes out when the office staff is swamped or takes care of the minor tech issues that can come up.

Nathan is a great asset to the team and we have no doubt we will be leaving the company in very capable hands one day!

Michael Ellchook


The world of window sales is new to Michael who has spent the better part of 20 years working as a chef in his own restaurant. His dedication shows through in everything he does - whether it is as a volunteer fire fighter with the Oliver-Paipoonge Fire Dept., his continued dedication to catering because of his love of cooking or the love and loyalty to his mom - Michael is an asset to our team and we're lucky to have him.

Brandon Belluz-Vincent

Lead Installer

Brandon started with our team a few years back, not knowing anything about the industry, but with a willingness to learn. He is a petite man with a smile and heart that can fill a room in an instant! Brandon quickly soaked up every bit of information given to him and after completing two thousand hours of field training, Brandon did his practical and passed to become a Certified Fenestration Installation Technician. We are so proud of him! Welcome to the big leagues, Brandon.

Skyler Linklater

Installation Helper

With no real set direction in life, Skyler took the chance one fine day in September 2020 to apply to become an Installation Helper. Unsure if he would make the cut, he continues to surprise himself and those around him with his abilities and capabilities. He works hard every day along side Sean and the rest of the team, challenging himself and we wouldn't have it any other way. We are glad he took that chance and we hope that he is too.
